Setting up a bank account for an individual business allows you to easily manage your funds for your camps.
To Set Up a Bank Account for an Individual Business
- Navigate to the Account Settings icon in the left sidebar menu.
- Select Manage Merchant Accounts.
- Select Configure Merchant Account Hyperlink.
- Select Add New Hyperlink.
- Nickname: It is a reminder for you of what bank account the campsite is connected to.
- ACH Descriptor: This is what appears when the money gets disbursed into your bank account.
- EIN: This is the Business Number of your camp business.
- SSN: If you entered an EIN, you do NOT need to enter your Social Security Number. By chance you don’t have an EIN, then you will need to enter your SSN in both the “EIN” field and “SSN” field.
- If you are setting up the same account for multiple sites, repeat this step for each camp, as you will likely want to create a unique ACH for each business to easily track funds.
