Resending a confirmation email will send the registrant the same confirmation email that you have configured for your camp. If the camper has a balance due, they will receive a link to pay their remaining balance in the email.
To Resend a Confirmation Email:
- Navigate to the Storefront icon in the left sidebar menu.
- Use the filters to find the camp that the registrant is currently in.
- Select the box next to the registrant that you wish to resend a confirmation email for. If you wish to resend a confirmation email for all registrants, select the box at the top of the table.
- Select the Menu icon at the top right of the table.
- Select Resend Confirmation Email.
